We've teamed up with Chef Kent Rathbun of Rathbun Test Kitchen to bring you a unique (and delicious) take on the traditional beer dinner! The "Digital Beer Dinner" is a top-tier 4 course meal, fully prepped and easy to finish at home. We've curated online video content from Chef Kent Rathbun & Brewmaster Jamie Fulton that will walk you through the dinner pairings discussing the ingredients, flavor profiles, and insight into the dishes & beers! Each course is paired with a Community Beer, featuring a mix of our favorite core & small batch brews.
Tickets are $40 each (or two for $75) and include 4 courses paired with 4 Community beers, simple heating / prep / plating instructions, and links to an interactive online dinner experience featuring our brewmaster Jamie Fulton and Chef Kent Rathbun guiding you through the courses.
There will be three available dates for Digital Beer Dinner pickup at our taproom:
Thursday May 28th, Friday May 29th, and Saturday May 30th from 4pm - 7pm.
Orders must be submitted by 11:45am the day prior to desired pickup date.
